Hipper than Hip is comprised of some of Northern California's finest musicians.  We are a diverse group of seasoned professionals sharing musical history, collaborations, and friendships spanning more than four decades. This versatile ensemble delivers the goods with industrial-strength funk and a healthy dose of classic R&B and soul.  Our stellar vocals, powerful horn line, and on point percussion, brings on an infectious groove.
